-This is to make everyone aware of the wonderful help and professional
service given to us by Linda Gail Stewart, our Realtor in Jacksonville.
We were only to be in town from out of state on 3 weekends before we had to
make a decision to buy a condo to use for a rental unit, then later, as our
home when we re-locate to Florida. Ms. Stewart arranged to meet us and
spend the 3 Saturdays and Sundays showing us places in our price range and
ones which would meet our very specific requests. The weekdays before our
visit, she sent us emails of listings so we could choose and help her narrow
our search. She understood our situation clearly and asked the right
questions of us to plan our search.
Never complaining about our limited time frame and needs, she contacted
potential sellers and agents so that our time together was efficiently
spent. Interestingly, the very first place she wrote us about and showed us
the first weekend was the one she thought met our needs most, and we agreed
by closing the deal on the 3rd weekend.!
During the negotiations and "punch list" time, she truly insisted everything
was to be right before closing, even postponing our closing to make sure
work was completed.
Our experience was painless and enjoyable with Ms. Stewart. We look forward
to calling her again for all our future real estate needs in Jacksonville,
knowing our wishes will be respected and professionally
